Service FAQ
How long does service take?
Depends on the service. Repairs can take a few days or a week. Usually we return-ship in a week. Drone, FPV goggles, and radio setup can be about a week depending on the service center queue and parts availability.
Can DC install a receiver and bind my drone?
Yes — if you ship us the receiver, drone, and radio. No battery or FPV goggles needed. This service is $100. Customer pays shipping.
Do I need to send parts for a repair, upgrade, or build?
Generally yes — unless we have parts in stock for you to purchase here.
Can I do a 1-time repair service?
Yes. Send us an email for a 1-time repair or service — a flat fee of $200.00. Owner pays shipping both ways.
Can DC set up my drone with my radio and FPV goggles?
Yes — just tell us what you would like to have set up.
Can DC set up my GPS on my quad?
Yes. If you have GPS on your drone already but it is not set up, we can do that for you.
Can DC tune my drone?
Yes — we offer a tuning service. The additional price for a custom tune is $100.00.
Is there a warranty after service, setup, or repairs?
We do not offer warranties on drones once you fly them. If you crash, we can offer repair services.
Can Drone Camps fix my camera drone?
We do not offer services to fix, upgrade, or firmware-update any DJI, Autel, or other camera drones.
