Privacy Policy

Drone Camps RC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Checkout via PayPal: when you place an order, PayPal collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details so we can fulfill your order. We never see or store your full payment card information — it is handled entirely by PayPal under PayPal's privacy policy.
• Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond.
• Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting may log anonymous technical data (pages visited, browser type) to keep the site running.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and ship your orders and send USPS tracking information.
• To respond to customer service questions and product review requests.
• To improve our store and website.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only as needed to operate the store (for example, your shipping address with USPS to deliver your order, and payment data with PayPal to process payment).

Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are processed over secure connections by PayPal, and access to order and message records is limited.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at dronecamps@gmail.com or (503) 770-0538.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
